Robin joined the Human Resources Consulting team with J.W. Terrill in 2010 and has over 12 years’ experience including wide ranging knowledge with compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, creation and maintenance of job descriptions, employee and labor relations. Robin earned her Bachelor - Business Administration degree from Fontbonne University. Robin is also PHR Certified and a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).
